We love the WV Open season! Watching an athlete who joined us two months ago, who couldn't squat to parallel when they started due to a total knee replacement 3 years ago, knock out 26 75# squats today was inspirational. A great community of athletes statewide working towards a common goal is what the CrossFit community is about. We hope that all of our other CrossFit friends throughout the state are celebrating the accomplishments in their boxes as much as we are!
Strength: Front Squats & Push/Split Jerks + "Helen": With a partner and rotating every 30 sec. perform 1 front squat and 2 push/split jerks for 20 min. (increasing load) Then: "Helen" 3 rds for time of: 400m run 21 Kettlebell swings (1.5/1) 12 Pullups
